1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
a. Physical Products (e.g., Books, Puja Samagri):
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required.
b. Digital Products (e.g., Ringtones, Wallpapers, PDFs, Audio Files):
Non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered/downloaded unless the file is corrupted or inaccessible due to a technical issue caused by us.
2. Conditions for Return Denial
We reserve the right to deny a return or refund if:
The item is damaged due to misuse or negligence.
The request is made after 7 days of delivery.
The digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
The product was marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned product (if applicable), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 7–10 business days.
The refund will be made to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, UPI, wallet).
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or delivered incorrectly.
4. Exchange Policy
We may offer a replacement or exchange for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
5. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped (whichever is earlier).
Digital product orders cannot be canceled once processed or delivered.
