Aman Gupta

Aman Gupta is an Indian entrepreneur. He is co-founder and CMO of BoAt. Before forming BoAt, he worked for CitiFinancial, KPMG, and Harman International (JBL). He is presently appearing on the television business reality show Shark Tank India as an investor on Sony TV.

Birth and Early life

Aman Gupta was born in 1982 in Delhi, India to a well-to-do Hindu family. He completed his schooling at Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram and graduated from Delhi University in Commerce (Honors). He did his CA from ICAI. Aman completed his MBA from the Indian School of Business and Finance.

Career

From 2012 to 2013, Aman served for Harman International as a sales manager in India and was a partner with the company. From 2003 to 2005, he held the position of Assistant Director of Citibank. Prior to co-founding BoAt, he co-founded Advanced Telemedia Pvt Ltd and was CEO between 2005 and 2010. Aman has worked as an Executive Consultant with KPMG. He is the founding partner of Imagine Marketing India. He has served as Chair of the D2C Board of the Internet and Mobile Association of India.
